Minimum number of tourists for the excursion: 40 tourists.
The deadline for notification in the event that the minimum number of tourists for the implementation of the organized tour is not reached is as follows: 7 days of the start of the implementation of the tour. package
Method of payment: deposit – 30% of the package price; additional payment – 15 days before departure.
Cancellation periods and penalties:
– From the day after the day of booking until the 60th day before the date of departure – 10% of the basic price of the trip per tourist.
– From the 59th day to the 10th day before the departure date – 30% of the base price of the tourist’s trip.
– From the 9th day to the 1st day before the departure date – 100% of the base price of the tourist’s trip.
– From the day following the day of booking until the 91st day before the date of departure – booking fee 30 BGN per tourist, except in cases where an air ticket is issued. Then the carrier’s conditions apply.
– From 90 to 60 days prior to the departure date – 30% of the base price of the tourist’s trip.
– From 59 to 31 days prior to the departure date – 50% of the base price of the trip per tourist.
– From the 30th to the 1st day before the departure date – 100% of the basic price of the trip per tourist.
Required documents and travel conditions: ID card or international passport with min. 6 months validity from the date of departure for Bulgarian citizens. For children under 18: International passport , notarised declaration from the non-travelling parent(s) – original and copy, copy of birth certificate, copy of passport photo page. The offer is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. There are no passport, visa, medical or health requirements associated with travel.
Departure from Sofia at 05.30 h. from pl. Al Nevski str. 05.50 from Motel Ihtiman on the Trakia motorway; at 6.20 from Max Oil (Shell) and McDonald's on the Trakia motorway - Pazardzhik; at 07.15. from Plovdiv from OMV gas station to hotel St. Petersburg. Cross the border crossings of Capitan Andreevo and Kapule Kule and continue to Bursa - the city filled with gardens and parks and also called "Green Bursa" or "Green Paradise". Late afternoon arrival and sightseeing in Bursa - the Caravanserais in the city centre and the largest mosque - Ulu Jami - with 20 shining small domes and a remarkable fountain in its inner part. Hotel accommodation. Free time. Overnight.
Breakfast. Depart for the town of Eskisehir - also known as the Turkish Venice, which is situated on the Porsuk River and is famous as the birthplace of Nasradin Hoxha, who with his cunning and pranks has become an emblem of Turkish folklore. Sightseeing in Eskisehir - the ethnographic complex "Odunpazar" (entrance fee is extra), Kurshunlu Mosque; the wax museum (entrance fee is extra), the Kent Park with an artificial beach. The Porsuk River winds picturesquely through the town and around it are 6 wonderful parks with ponds and numerous entertainments, while in the evening the bridges over the river turn into a colourful fairyland. Free time to explore the town and take a gondola ride along the man-made canals of the river. Hotel accommodation. Overnight.
Day 3: Breakfast. Free time or optional (for a fee) half-day excursion to Sazova Park, where are the impressive fairy-tale castle reminiscent of Disneyland; the Asian Miniature Park with 32 models; the newest zoo "Eskisehir" with 234 inhabitants, built in 2017 - on the territory of the zoo there is a Tropical Research Center, Japanese Garden, House of Parrots, etc. Visit the largest shopping mall in the city - "Espark". Return to the hotel. Overnight.
Day 4: Breakfast. Departure for Bulgaria. Late in the evening arrival in Sofia on the square. Al. Nevski and ul. Oborishte.
