About this tour

Minimum number of tourists for the excursion: 40 tourists.

The deadline for notification if the minimum number of tourists for the organised trip is not reached is as follows:
– 20 days before the start of the tour. inclusive package – in case of trips lasting more than 6 days
– 7 days start of tour execution. inclusive package – in case of trips lasting from 2 to 6 days
– 48 hours before the start of the tour. inclusive package – in case of trips lasting less than 2 days

Method of payment: deposit – 30% of the package price; additional payment – 15 days before departure.

Cancellation periods and penalties:

For bookings made at EARLY BOOKING rates for all types of programs – 95% of the deposit paid.
For bus programmes at regular prices:

– From the day following the day of booking until the 60th day before the date of departure – 10% of the total cost of the package;

– From the 59th day to the 10th day before the departure date – 30% of the total cost of the package;

– From the 9th day to the 1st day before the departure date – 100% of the total cost of the package;

For holiday offers (Easter, May Day, Christmas, New Year, etc.) at regular rates:

– From the day after the day of booking until the 91st day before the date of departure – booking fee 30 BGN for each person in the contract, except in cases where there is a ticket issued. Then the carrier’s conditions apply.

– From 90 to 60 days before the departure date – 30% of the total cost of the package;

– From 59 to 31 days prior to departure – 50% of the total cost of the package;

– From 30 to the 1st day before the departure date – 100% of the total cost of the package;

For any change regarding a reservation after the initial booking for all types of travel packages except when an air ticket is issued (then the carrier’s terms and conditions apply) a fee of BGN 30 will be charged.

Required documents and travel conditions: valid ID card or international passport with min. 6 months validity from the date of departure for Bulgarian citizens. For children under 18: International passport , notarised declaration from the non-travelling parent(s) – original and copy, copy of birth certificate, copy of passport photo page. The offer is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. There are no passport, visa, medical or health requirements associated with travel.

Dinner in a traditional Macedonian restaurant with live music, rich menu, mineral water and a glass of brandy per person (minimum 10 tourists) - 60 BGN.
Entrance fees to the visited sites: entrance fee to the Church of St. Spas Church and Gotse Delchev Museum (120 MKD) in Skopje
Surcharge for medical insurance of Euroins for persons from 65 to 84 years - BGN 4 (mandatory surcharge). Persons over 85 are required to make their own honey. insurance and present it to the tour operator!
Fuel surcharge, if applicable (mandatory surcharge).
Trip cancellation insurance - optional and according to the insurance company's rates and conditions.
*IMPORTANT:
Optional activities must be requested and paid for at the agency office prior to departure.
A minimum of 20 registered tourists is required for the additional excursions.
If you have paid for an additional tour but do not show up at the scheduled time and place for the start of the tour, the amount will not be refunded!

Itinerary

Day 1. 7:00 am - Skopje, 7:30 am - Skopje, 7:30 am - Oborishte Square. 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Oborizo street, St. Alexander Nevski street, on the route Gyueshevo - Kriva Palanka - Skopje. Arrival in Skopje around noon. Check-in at the hotel. Tourist program in Skopje. - The Church of St. Spas with the sarcophagus of Gotse Delchev, etc. Optional independent visit to the fortress "Skopsko Kale". Upon request and prior request - dinner in a traditional Macedonian restaurant with live music. Overnight.

Day 2: Skopje - Sofia (approx. 230 km) Breakfast. Free time. Departure for Bulgaria. On the way visit the Osogovo monastery with the two old churches "St. St. Joachim of Osogovo. The large monastery complex is located in the folds of the Osogovo Mountains, not far from the town of Kriva Palanka and is dedicated to the local hermit St. Joachim, built in the late 11th - early 12th century. Visit the churches of St. Joachim of Osogovo with the relics of the legendary founder of the monastery and St. Virgin Mary", famous for the spring with healing water. Arrival in Sofia in the evening at ul. Oborishte and sq. Alexander Nevski.
