BALI – THE ISLAND OF 1000 TEMPLES

Landing at Ngurah Rai International Airport. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation. Overnight in Sanur area.

Overnight Sanur area.

Breakfast. You will head to the central part of the island where you will witness the legendary dance of the demons - Barong Dance (included).
You will visit the village of Cheluk, famous throughout Asia for its gold and silver carvings (included).
Later, you will arrive in Ubud, the cultural hub of Bali, where you will visit a traditional Balinese market (included).
Your guide will tell you about all the exotic spices and fruits offered there.
You will also have the opportunity for shopping (be sure to bargain). Check in at the hotel. Overnight in Ubud area.

Breakfast. You will head to the Bedugul mountain and explore the ez.
Beratan, which is actually a crater full of fresh water.
You will visit the Pura Ulun Danu temple, located 5 m from the lakeshore (included in the price).
You will continue through the mountainous area where you will have a great opportunity to take nice pictures of cocoa or coffee plantations on the way to Gitgit waterfall.
Along the north coast of Bali you will arrive at Buddha Vihara, a Buddhist monastery and meditation center, and also stop at the hot springs in Banjar (included).
Arrival in Pemuteran. Check in at the hotel. Overnight in the area of Pemuteran.

Breakfast. You will travel to Labuhan Lalang harbour, sail by boat to Menggangan Island (included) where you will spend time snorkeling.
Return to the hotel and check out the rooms.
Depart for Lovina to visit the Pulaki Temple (included), where the main attraction is the large number of monkeys. Check in at the hotel. Overnight in Lovina area.

Breakfast. Drive to the village of Sangsit where you will visit the mythical Pura Beji Temple (included).
The journey continues to the village of Kintamani (included).
The place is picturesquely located at 1470 m above sea level, 6 km from the active volcano Gunung Batur.
A devastating eruption of Mount Batur in 1917 devastated 65,000 houses and 2,500 temples in the area.
Only the 11th century temple in the village of Batur, 'Pura Ulun Danu Batur', was intact.
You'll admire spectacular scenery as you reach Bali's largest temple, Besakih, also called the "Mother Temple" (included).
It is built on six ascending terraces and is a complex of 22 temples.
There are 40 towers and magnificent panoramic views of the impressive Gunung Agung volcano.
The journey will continue through beautiful rice fields to the village of Selat on the east coast. Check in at the hotel. Overnight in the Candidasa area.

Breakfast. After a short drive, you will arrive at Bali-Aga-Aboriginals village Tenganan (included in the price).
Supposedly this is the first place where people settled in Bali.
You will then proceed to the Goa Lawah Bat Cave, where thousands of bats can be seen as well as a small temple (included in price).
The last stop will be in Klungklung (included in the price).
You will explore the historic courthouse of Kerta Gosa.
Transfer to your hotel in the south o.
