In the event of early termination of the contract at the initiative of the TRAVELER, the amount paid by him or on his behalf shall be refunded through the travel agent who concluded the travel package contract with the TRAVELER on behalf and at the expense of the tour operator, when the TRAVELER is unable to start and complete the trip due to any of the following reasons, which was unforeseeable at the time of conclusion of the travel package contract and occurred before the date of departure regardless of the will of the traveler:

  • 1.1.Accident, acute illness (an illness which occurs suddenly and unpredictably, poses a danger to the life or health of the traveller and requires urgent medical intervention) or sudden exacerbation of a chronic illness of a TRAVELLER under the package contract, excluding a COVID 19 illness, provided that hospital or home treatment is in progress at the commencement date of the trip and there is a risk of the traveller’s health deteriorating from the trip.

  • The trip is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility and children under 12 years of age;
  • Bulgarian citizens need to have a valid identity document – a foreign passport, valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Bulgaria and 2 blank 4 consecutive pages in the passport;
  • For persons under the age of 18, a notarised declaration is required giving the child the right to go outside the country with parental permission;
  • Bulgarian citizens travelling to China need to have a Chinese visa in advance, obtained at the country’s diplomatic and consular missions abroad.Documents required for visa application: a valid foreign passport with a validity period of at least 6 months at the date of return from the trip, a completed visa form, two photos, an interview may also be held;

After breakfast, we will visit the “Eighth Wonder of the World” – the famous terracotta army consisting of over 7,500 life-size figures of warriors: generals, officers, infantrymen, archers, horses and carriages – a true work of art located on an artificial hill near Xi’an. It was built on the orders of Emperor Qin Shihuang to guard him in his afterlife, in which he wished to possess the same power and military might he had in his lifetime.
