Opportunity for additional events:
- Visit the Majorelle Gardens. The history of the garden began in the 1920s, when the colonial era was at its height. It was then that Morocco was occupied by France. In the same year, a prominent French artist, Jacques Majorelle, settled in Marrakech. This garden, prosaically called a botanical garden, is actually magical and combines the French artist Jacques Majorelle's vision of colours and light shades, his love of Islamic art and plants. His aim was to create, as he himself said, "an impressionist garden", "a cathedral of forms and colours". It's like a puzzle piece from some other reality, misplaced amidst the pink colouring of Marrakech.
In the Moroccan pearl of Marrakech, there is a garden - the gardens of Majorelle-- a French artist who discovered the charm of North Africa. Jacques Majorelle says he orchestrates harmony in his garden. "I give myself completely to this horrible thing. It has overwhelmed me and I fall into its captivity completely exhausted in the shade of its branches, having given all my love..."
The history of the garden began in the 1920s, when the colonial era was at its height. It was then that Morocco was occupied by France. In the same year, a prominent French artist, Jacques Majorelle, settled in Marrakech. He bought the garden with the ideal goal of breathing new life into it. And it succeeds - rushing streams, water lilies and lotuses, chirping birds, rustling leaves, pink scent in the air, wildly vibrant and sparkling colours all around.
Today, Jacques Majorelle is forgotten by history, but the garden - quite the opposite, thanks to a big name in the world of haute couture - Yves Saint Laurent. It is to the famous designer that we owe this wonderful little piece of paradise. He took over the management of the garden in 1980, enriching it, not allowing it to sink into oblivion. Later, a small museum dedicated to Islamic art was built in the garden.

- Ouzoud Falls - one of the natural wonders of Morocco. Ouzoud is a waterfall in the province of Azilal, 150 km northeast of Marrakech. In Berber, the name Uzud means the action of grinding grain. The name may have come from the old mills perched atop and around the falls. You can follow a narrow and difficult path leading to the town of Benny Melal. The waterfall is the most visited attraction in the region. In the surroundings can be seen green valleys, orchards and a magnificent chain of gorges of the river El Abid. Many local and national associations are doing projects to protect and preserve the site.
*** The hike has a heavy hiking! It is recommended to be prepared with appropriate clothing and footwear and to assess your physical capabilities.

White-washed houses with blue wooden shutters and windows, fresh facades, colourful fences - close and cosy. Hidden behind them is the 18th century Arab fortress built during the reign of Sultan Mohammed Sidi. Free time for lunch or a walk in the Medina (under UNESCO protection). - Anima Garden Garden - Journey to the "oasis of the blessed" and the Urica Valley with an included Berber lunch. A trip to Andre Heller's Anima Garden is a journey into another world where art and nature are intertwined. This is the most beautiful garden in Morocco, a breathtaking dream of greenery in an otherwise barren landscape south of Marrakech that definitely deserves to be called an oasis. However, this does not even match what Anima Garden offers its visitors. On an area of three hectares, the once barren, red desert soil at the foot of the majestic Atlas Mountains has been transformed into a place that invites you to feel like you are in paradise. Open to the public since 2016. Even the café in the park has a place in history, named after the American writer Paul Bowles, who lived and worked in Morocco for half a century. He is known for his work Heaven Over Desert, which, like Andre Heller's Anima Garten, examines the flaws of Western life and artistically depicts the mysteries, beauty, and limitations of the world. The Urika Valley will reveal to you the world of the Berbers, their way of life, culture and cuisine, which you can enjoy during the included Berber lunch. Panoramic views are revealed with terraced gardens, cottages and real countryside, all surrounded by the Middle Atlas Mountains. The market of Urika is famous for its magical mineral stones and crystals coming from the Alps. Dinner. Overnight in Marrakech.
