In the event of early termination of the contract at the initiative of the TRAVELER, the amount paid by him or on his behalf shall be refunded through the travel agent who concluded the travel package contract with the TRAVELER on behalf and at the expense of the tour operator, when the TRAVELER is unable to start and complete the trip due to any of the following reasons, which was unforeseeable at the time of conclusion of the travel package contract and occurred before the date of departure regardless of the will of the traveler:

• 1.1.Accident, acute illness (an illness which occurs suddenly and unpredictably, poses a danger to the life or health of the traveller and requires urgent medical intervention) or sudden exacerbation of a chronic illness of a TRAVELLER under the package contract, excluding a COVID 19 illness, provided that hospital or home treatment is in progress at the commencement date of the trip and there is a risk of the traveller’s health deteriorating from the trip.
• 1.2. Внезапно заболяване или злополука на близък на ПЪТУВАЩИЯ (съпруг/а), роднина по права линия – без ограничения или по съребрена линия – до втора степен вкл.), при условие, че към началната дата на пътуването се провежда болнично или домашно лечение и пътуващият трябва да полага грижи за болния.
• 1.3. Death of the Commuter.
• 1.4. Смърт на близък на пътуващия (съпруг/а), роднина по права линия – без ограничения или по съребрена линия – до втора степен вкл.).

To prove the occurrence of the circumstances, the traveller shall submit the documents in a copy certified by him/her to the address. Plovdiv, ul. Raiko Daskalov 53, et. 2, app. 25.

It shall give its decision within an appropriate time limit, but not more than 5 working days. days from receipt of the documents.

Reservations

Deposit 30% within 24 hours after booking.
Additional payment 21 days before departure.
Issue of travel documents 7 days before the flight.

Cancellations

Up to 24 hours after booking – no cancellation fee.
Up to 30 days before departure – 50 BGN cancellation fee.
Up to 21 days before departure – 30% of the cost as cancellation fee.
Under 21 days – 100% as cancellation fee.

IMPORTANT:

Minimum number of tourists: 19 people;
Notification period in case of non-recruitment – 21 days;
Bulgarian citizens are required to have a valid identity document – foreign passport, valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Bulgaria.
For persons under 18 years of age, a notarized declaration is required authorizing the child to leave the country with parental permission;
The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the program;
The airline reserves the right to make changes to the program;

Note

The program may be subject to change due to change of flight as day of operation and time, for which the tour operator is not responsible, but will notify travelers through their representative if necessary.
Tips for the local guide and driver are not included in the package price. Within the allowance is $5 per day for the guide and driver-$35 total for the stay.
Only bottled water is consumed in the countries visited.
No additional vaccines are required, but carrying mosquito repellent and anti-allergy medication is recommended.
The international currency used is US dollars, post-2009 issue.
