About this tour

Sightseeing program to Thailand with 12 nights and flight from Sofia with included in the price visiting several temples, visit Ayutthaya – the second capital of Thailand, visit to the Historical Park in Sukhothai.

Booking conditions:

Cancellations:

  • Up to 24 hours after booking – no cancellation fee;
  • Up to 30 days before departure – 50 BGN cancellation fee;
  • Up to 31 days before departure – 30% of the cost as cancellation fee;
  • Under 30 days – 100% as cancellation fee.

IMPORTANT:

  • Minimum number of tourists: 19 people;
  • Notification period in case of non-recruitment – 21 days;
  • The trip is not suitable for persons with limited mobility and small children;
  • Bulgarian citizens need to have a valid identity document – a foreign passport, valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Bulgaria.
  • For persons under the age of 18, a notarised declaration is required giving the child the right to go outside the country with parental permission;
  • For Bulgarian citizens a visa is required to enter the Kingdom of Thailand (issued and paid on the spot, at the time of the offer the price is 2200 Thai baht. It is required to pay in Thai Baht, as well as to fill in a visa form and a 4 cm/6 cm colour photo.
  • The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the programme.

In the event of early termination of the contract at the initiative of the TRAVELER, the amount paid by him or on his behalf shall be refunded through the travel agent who concluded the travel package contract with the TRAVELER on behalf and at the expense of the tour operator, when the TRAVELER is unable to start and complete the trip due to any of the following reasons, which was unforeseeable at the time of conclusion of the travel package contract and occurred before the date of departure regardless of the will of the traveler:

1.1.Accident, acute illness (an illness which occurs suddenly and unpredictably, poses a danger to the life or health of the traveller and requires urgent medical intervention) or sudden exacerbation of a chronic illness of a TRAVELLER under the package contract, excluding a COVID 19 illness, provided that hospital or home treatment is in progress at the commencement date of the trip and there is a risk of the traveller’s health deteriorating from the trip.
