In the event of early termination of the contract at the initiative of the TRAVELER, the amount paid by him or on his behalf shall be refunded through the travel agent who concluded the travel package contract with the TRAVELER on behalf and at the expense of the tour operator, when the TRAVELER is unable to start and complete the trip due to any of the following reasons, which was unforeseeable at the time of conclusion of the travel package contract and occurred before the date of departure regardless of the will of the traveler:
1.1.Accident, acute illness (an illness which occurs suddenly and unpredictably, poses a danger to the life or health of the traveller and requires urgent medical intervention) or sudden exacerbation of a chronic illness of a TRAVELLER under the package contract, excluding a COVID 19 illness, provided that hospital or home treatment is in progress at the commencement date of the trip and there is a risk of the traveller’s health deteriorating from the trip.

We’ll head south again to Sukhothai Historical Park, home to the ruins of Siam’s first capital. Founded in the 13th century – Sukhothai, which translates to ” The Dawn of Happiness” , this is where the golden age for the Thai kulur, the site of the creation of the alphabet, under the reign of King Ramkameng the Great was given birth. The historic park houses the remains of nearly 200 buildings, including a dozen temples. The complex, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is divided between the ruins inside between the walls and moat and those outside.
