Useful visa information:

Bulgarian citizens wishing to travel to Tanzania should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry into the country.
The short-term Tanzanian visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
When applying for a visa at the Embassy of Tanzania in Berlin.
It is submitted electronically the processing of the documents and issuance takes up to 2 weeks.
The cost of the service is 50 dollars.

It is also possible to apply for and obtain an ON ARRIVAL visa at Tanzania’s international airports (Dar es Salaam, Kilimanjaro and Zanzibar).
Payment on the spot is in cash.
Due to the frequently changing visa rules at Tanzania’s international airports, and due to crowding, it is preferable to apply for visas through the Tanzanian Embassy in Berlin.

Booking conditions:

• Deposit of 30% paid by 24 hours after booking;
• Additional payment 21 days before departure;
• Issue of travel documents 7 days before the flight.

Cancellations:

• Up to 24 hours after booking – no cancellation fee.
• Up to 30 days before departure – 50 BGN cancellation fee.
• Up to 21 days before departure – 30% of the cost as cancellation fee.
• Under 21 days – 100% as cancellation fee.

IMPORTANT:

Minimum number for the implementation of the programmes – 120 persons per flight, for each flight of the circuit.

• Notification period in case of non-recruitment – 21 days;
• The trip is not suitable for persons with limited mobility;
• Bulgarian citizens need to have a valid identity document – a foreign passport, valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Bulgaria;
• For persons under the age of 18, a notarised declaration is required giving the child the right to go outside the country with parental permission;
• The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the programme;
• The airline reserves the right to make changes to the programme;

MAXIMUM SECURITY package can be added up to 7 days after booking!

In the event of early termination of the contract at the initiative of the TRAVELER, the amount paid by him or on his behalf shall be refunded through the travel agent who concluded the travel package contract with the TRAVELER on behalf and at the expense of the tour operator, when the TRAVELER is unable to start and complete the trip due to any of the following reasons, which was unforeseeable at the time of conclusion of the travel package contract and occurred before the date of departure regardless of the will of the traveler:

1.1.Accident, acute illness (an illness which occurs suddenly and unpredictably, poses a danger to the life or health of the traveller and requires urgent medical intervention) or sudden exacerbation of a chronic illness of a TRAVELLER under the package contract, excluding a COVID 19 illness, provided that hospital or home treatment is in progress at the commencement date of the trip and there is a risk of the traveller’s health deteriorating from the trip.

1.2. Внезапно заболяване или злополука на близък на ПЪТУВАЩИЯ (съпруг/а), роднина по права линия – без ограничения или по съребрена линия – до втора степен вкл.), при условие, че към началната дата на пътуването се провежда болнично или домашно лечение и пътуващият трябва да полага грижи за болния.

To prove the occurrence of the circumstances, the traveller shall submit the documents in a copy certified by him/her to the address. Plovdiv, ul. Raiko Daskalov 53, et. 2, app. 25.

It shall give its decision within an appropriate time limit, but not more than 5 working days. days from receipt of the documents.
