At the hotel: Hotel Souita is located in Paralia Pieria, 150 m from a sandy beach (sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are charged or free of charge). The hotel has a coffee bar, lift, garden, internet.

Rooms: The hotel has 23 double rooms, 3 triple rooms and 1 apartment. All rooms have a balcony, private bathroom, telephone, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator.

Minimum number of tourists for the excursion: 40 tourists.

The deadline for notification in the event that the minimum number of tourists for the implementation of the organized trip is not reached is as follows:
– 20 days before the start of the implementation of the tour package – in the case of trips lasting more than 6 days
– 7 days before the start of the implementation of the tour package – in the case of trips lasting from 2 to 6 days
– 48 hours before the start of the implementation of the tour. inclusive package – in case of trips lasting less than 2 days

Method of payment: deposit – 30% of the package price; additional payment – 15 days before departure.

Cancellation periods and penalties:

• For bookings made at EARLY BOOKING rates for all types of programs – 95% of the deposit paid.
• For bus programmes at regular prices:

– From the day following the day of booking until the 60th day before the date of departure – 10% of the total cost of the package;

– From the 59th day to the 10th day before the departure date – 30% of the total cost of the package;

– From the 9th day to the 1st day before the departure date – 100% of the total cost of the package;

• For holiday offers (Easter, May Day, Christmas, New Year, etc.) at regular rates:

– From the day after the day of booking until the 91st day before the date of departure – booking fee 30 BGN for each person in the contract, except in cases where there is a ticket issued. Then the carrier’s conditions apply.

– From 90 to 60 days before the departure date – 30% of the total cost of the package;

– From 59 to 31 days prior to departure – 50% of the total cost of the package;

– From 30 to the 1st day before the departure date – 100% of the total cost of the package;

• For any change regarding a reservation after the initial booking for all types of travel packages except when an air ticket is issued (then the carrier’s terms and conditions apply) a fee of BGN 30 will be charged.

Required documents and travel conditions: valid ID card or international passport with min. 6 months validity from the date of departure for Bulgarian citizens. For children up to 18 years: international passport, notarized declaration from the non-travelling parent(s) – original and copy, copy of the birth certificate, copy of the passport photo page. In the case of mismatched surnames of children and parents, a copy of the children’s birth certificate, in addition to their international passports, must be presented to the border authorities. The offer is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. There are no passport, visa, medical or health requirements associated with travel.

Remark:

The tour operator shall provide the possibility to take out an additional trip cancellation insurance in accordance with the Tourism Act, covering the costs of cancellation of the trip, curtailment and interruption of the trip due to health reasons of the traveler, his relatives, etc., in accordance with the terms and tariffs of the insurance company. The tour operator provides the opportunity to conclude a med. travel assistance insurance at a higher premium, as well as voluntary insurance to cover the costs of assistance, including repatriation of the traveller in case of accident, illness or death, dental services, loss of luggage, etc., according to the requirements and tariffs of the respective insurance company.
