Holidays on the island of Zakynthos

Delphi - Zakynthos Island Breakfast. We will explore the largest oracle complex with the temple of Apollo, which reached its peak in the 6th century BC and Delphi became the main religious center of the Hellenes. Its remains are sheltered in the picturesque valley of Mount Parnassus. From the ruins that have survived through time, such as the theatre, the stadium and the marble temple-rotunda, surrounded by columns standing on a three-tiered base, we can judge today of Delphi's important religious and political significance. We will continue to Antirio to cross the Peloponnese peninsula on the largest suspension bridge in the world / 2252 meters / eclipsing even the famous Golden Gate in San Francisco. We will visit St. Mark's Square with the Catholic Cathedral, the Museum of Solomos and Kalvos - some of the most revered Greek poets, we will enjoy the beautiful buildings of Solomos Square - reflecting the typical atmosphere.
We will have the opportunity to visit the Byzantine Museum (optional), the City Library, the Temple of Dionysius (patron saint of the island) and the Venetian Fortress.
Free time to enjoy the unique atmosphere, take photos and have a frappe in the colorful cafes scattered around the old town. Return to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight.

Zakynthos Island (Zante) After breakfast, with those of you who want to learn and see more of the impressive island, we will head to Bohali Hill for a short photo break of the amazing panoramic view of Zakynthos Town.
We will continue our journey along the East Coast of the island and the next stop will be the settlement of Agios Nikolaos.
From there, we will take a small boat to experience the unique beauty of the "Blue Caves" and the turquoise-olive waters of Skinari Bay.
We head towards the bay of Navagio, which owes its name to the 1983 pear tree .
The wreckage of which our curious lens captures against a backdrop of sheer white cliffs.
We will visit Vasilikos, a masterpiece of nature, a paradise for all who love the sea.
Impressive is the National Marine Park, which was created on Zakynthos to protect the endangered Caretta Caretta sea turtles.

Declared a national park, it is also home to a rare breed of wild horse.
The cave of Drogarati is truly impressive in size and is famous for its incredible acoustics, many concerts are held here in the summer and the cave of Melisani has hidden in its bowels an underground salt lake, fabulously illuminated by beams of light penetrating through openings in the ceiling.
