Minimum number of tourists for the excursion: 40 tourists.
The deadline for notification in the event that the minimum number of tourists for the implementation of the organized tour is not reached is as follows: 7 days of the start of the implementation of the tour. package
Method of payment: deposit – 30% of the package price; additional payment – 15 days before departure.
Cancellation periods and penalties:
– From the day after the day of booking until the 60th day before the date of departure – 10% of the basic price of the trip per tourist.
– From the 59th day to the 10th day before the departure date – 30% of the base price of the tourist’s trip.
– From the 9th day to the 1st day before the departure date – 100% of the base price of the tourist’s trip.
– From the day following the day of booking until the 91st day before the date of departure – booking fee 30 BGN per tourist, except in cases where an air ticket is issued. Then the carrier’s conditions apply.
– From 90 to 60 days prior to the departure date – 30% of the base price of the tourist’s trip.
– From 59 to 31 days prior to the departure date – 50% of the base price of the trip per tourist.
– From the 30th to the 1st day before the departure date – 100% of the basic price of the trip per tourist.
Required documents and travel conditions: ID card or international passport with min. 6 months validity from the date of departure for Bulgarian citizens. For children under 18: International passport , notarised declaration from the non-travelling parent(s) – original and copy, copy of birth certificate, copy of passport photo page. The offer is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. There are no passport, visa, medical or health requirements associated with travel.
Remark:
The tour operator shall provide the possibility to take out an additional trip cancellation insurance in accordance with the Tourism Act, covering the costs of cancellation of the trip, curtailment and interruption of the trip due to health reasons of the traveler, his relatives, etc., in accordance with the terms and tariffs of the insurance company. More information at the agency office. The tour operator does not refund the amount of the insurance in case of non-fulfilment of the excursion.
The tour operator provides the opportunity to conclude a med. travel assistance insurance at a higher premium, as well as voluntary insurance to cover the costs of assistance, including repatriation of the traveller in case of accident, illness or death, dental services, loss of luggage, etc., according to the requirements and tariffs of the respective insurance company. The tour operator is NOT responsible for changes in museum fees and museum opening hours. The above fees are according to the information on the websites of the mentioned tourist sites. Changes may occur.
The tour operator reserves the right to change the sequence of the program for reasons beyond its control and is not responsible for tourists not admitted by the relevant border authorities.
Departure from Sofia at 20.00 hrs. Al Nevski str. Arrival in Istanbul in the morning. Breakfast. Optional (extra charge) half-day "The Conquest of Constantinople" tour with a visit to the Balakli Monastery with the Church of the Life-giving Source, which houses the icon of the Virgin Mary and the healing spring that still brings healing to those who step out in faith. The tour then continues to the Panorama 1453 Museum, which evocatively recreates the capture of Constantinople by the Ottomans on 29 May 1453. led by Sultan Mehmet II, who adopted the nickname Fatih (Conqueror). After lunch, optional (extra charge) half-day tour to the "Kingdom of Chocolate" with a visit to the Chocolate Museum - Turkey's first and still only chocolate museum presents a unique exhibition of hundreds of objects, historical figures, works of art and landmarks (such as St. Sophia, Galata Tower, Kuz Kulesi, etc.) masterfully sculpted from chocolate. It is estimated that more than three tons of chocolate were used in the construction of the museum, which can be tasted from a liquid fountain. Breakfast. Free time or optional (extra charge) day trip to Ormanya WildLife Park or Hobbit House Park, located about 130km from Istanbul. The Ormania Hobbit Park is described as a project that makes the conservation of natural life important and includes over 571 animal and plant species, on an area of about 4 thousand acres, with a zoo, unique hobbit houses that transport to fairy tales and more. A leisurely stroll.
