PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
1. Payment terms:
1.1.
A deposit of 10% of the
package price is required and payable upon booking;
1.2.
Payment up to 100% of the contract must be made by 22 days prior to the
departure date;
1.3.
The reservation is made only after payment of the required deposit.
1.4.
For bookings made after the deadline described in 1.2, the relevant deposit is payable.
2. Required data: full Latin names on international passport/ID card and ID
of all travellers, international passport/ID card number and its
validity/issue date.
3. Cancellation terms and conditions:
3.1.
Cancellation fee.
The latter is 25.00 Euros per booking /
48.90 BGN/ and is payable by the USER if the USER cancels
the contract/cancels the trip on his/her own initiative up to 60 days before the departure date.
If the CUSTOMER cancels his/her trip and re-subscribes for a new date, he/she shall
also pay to the TOUR OPERATOR the cancellation fee of 25.00 EUR per booking /48.90 BGN/ and
the corresponding penalty according to the cancellation terms.
Cancellation fee is also payable in case of
cancellation of the contract due to a positive PSR test done for the trip itself.
3.2.
If the USER cancels the contract/cancels the trip:
3.2.1.
59 to 23 days prior to the departure date, the penalty is the amount of the required
deposit, but not less than 10% of the total price of the travel package;
3.2.2.
from 22 to 17 days before the departure date, the penalty is equal to 70% of the total
price of the package;
3.2.3.
from 16 days and less before the departure date, the penalty shall be 100%
of the total price of the travel package.
3.3.
If the CUSTOMER cancels the contract/cancels his/her trip due to illness or
other personal reasons related to himself/herself, he/she shall forfeit the amounts paid to the TOUR OPERATOR
in accordance with the cancellation terms and in the amounts indicated, respectively, he/she shall be
liable to pay these amounts in case he/she has not paid them.
Each traveller is required to provide the following data:
– first and last name;
– date of birth;
– nationality;
– number of the travel document and its expiry date.
The personal data collected is strictly confidential and will be used for official purposes only.
The prices in the offers are valid for Bulgarian citizens.
Prices for foreign
citizens as well as prices for travel of infants under 2 years are available upon request for
specific travel date, hotel and type of accommodation.
Published prices are valid for a limited number of places on individual trips and are not
valid for groups.
Prices for groups of 10 or more are available upon request for
specific travel date, hotel and accommodation type.
Important: Due to pricing dynamics, please note that prices on
standard and early bird bookings may be cancelled or changed prior to the stated
offer period.
For this reason, we recommend booking as soon as possible
(24 hours) after providing an offer and selecting a hotel.
NOTES:
-Minimum number of participants to make the trip: 40.
Deadline for notification of
minimum number of participants not collected: 20 days before the departure date.
-Surcharge for children under 1.99 years of age is 50 BGN and they do not use a seat on the plane or on the
bus during transfers.
Baby cots
are available upon request at hotels or children use their parents’ bed!
– Early booking promotional rates, if available, are subject to certain
conditions which are described in the respective price offers.
The early booking promotion for
individual hotels may be terminated before the stated validity period in case of
exhaustion of the number of rooms foreseen for sale under early booking in these hotels.
-Medical insurance is taken out with “EUROINS INSURANCE COMPANY”
AD.
-In case of an insured event during the trip, the tourist
should immediately contact the assisting company of “INSURANCE
COMPANY EUROINS” AD, on the duty telephone number indicated in the policy (+ 9 0242 310
28 37)!
-Notifying the assistance company and agreeing the costs incurred is
mandatory under the ‘General Conditions’ of the insurance and is the responsibility of the tourist.
Otherwise,
the insurer has the right to refuse to cover the costs of any treatment.
-In case of illness or accident during your trip and in case you
need immediate medical attention, please follow the instructions you will find
enclosed in the issued travel documents – the general terms and conditions of
the insurance and the exclusions of the basic and additional coverages are provided together
with the other travel documents
If the insurer is not notified in a timely manner,
the insurer has the right to refuse to cover the cost of any medical treatment.
**NOTE: The airfares in these offers are calculated at the following
fuel prices: Varna : $500 per tonne; Heraklion : $500 per tonne.
Due to
constantly changing fuel prices and the USD/EUR exchange rate, airlines
may charge a so-called fuel surcharge.
In this case, the price of the
trip will change by the actual value of the fuel surcharge and it will be payable for all
bookings for the flight for which it is charged, no matter when they are made.
If there is such a change, information about this will be published 20 days before the date of the relevant flight, which customers for that flight must be notified of and they will be able
to pay this fuel surcharge up to 10 days before travel at the agency where they are
booked (bookings made less than 20 days before the relevant flight will also be subject to the announced fuel
surcharge for that flight, if any).

Breakfast at the hotel. Free time for the beach or the possibility of a variety of additional excursions, including: excursion "Lasithi - the cave of Zeus" You will head to the foot of the Dictic mountain, in the easternmost part of Crete - Lasithi.
The Dikta Mountains are the most beautiful and greenest on the island.
The Seli Pass stamps with its natural wild beauty, and the Cave of Zeus will transport you to pagan times, for it was here that the father of the Olympic gods was born.
Five minutes from the cave is the village of Psychro, home to several generations of potters.
In the workshop you will attend a masterclass in pottery making on a potter's wheel.
On the Seli mountain pass you will be able to have lunch in a wooden tavern (lunch is included in the price of the excursion).
You will visit the Sapunakis Cretan Knife Factory, where you will learn the secrets of making the steel masterpieces.
Afterwards, you will visit the ancient Byzantine church where the nuns keep the miraculous icon of Our Lady of Kera Cardi Otis. Return to the hotel. Excursion "Knossos - Heraklion You will visit the famous Palace of Knossos to immerse yourself in the past. You will unravel the mystery of the labyrinth of the Minotaur with an experienced guide. You will learn about the excavations of the palace of Kronos, about the culture, the religion and the customs of the Minoans and have the opportunity to take unique photos of frescoes that many people only know from history books. Not far from the port of Heraklion, you will stop at a shop for traditional products. Here you can taste various Greek delicacies: pickled grape snails, carob jam, mountain tea, different varieties of honey, olives and olive oil. In the capital of Crete, Heraklion, you will stroll to the historical centre, the market and the shops. Return to the hotel. Dinner (except for those enrolled on a breakfast only or no board basis). Overnight. Excursion "Spinalonga - Agios Nikolaos" An interesting and easy tour of one of the most beautiful coastal areas of Crete. On a traditional boat you can enjoy a nice swim in the sea and visit the island-fortress of Spinalonga. Here you will hear the amazing history of this place and learn more about the fortifications that were created by the Venetians in the 16th century. Afterwards you will visit the resort town of Elounda where you can relax on the beach, go for a swim and have the opportunity to have lunch at the tavern by the sea. In the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos, you will visit the Cretan olive oil factory "Vasilakis" where wonderful olive oil is produced. This will be a "tasty" finale to an interesting excursion! Return to the hotel. Dinner (except for those enrolled on a boarding only breakfast or no meals). Overnight. Lunch and entrance tickets to Spinalonga are not included in the price of the excursion. Excursion "Rethymno - Preveli" We recommend this excursion because it includes a visit to the main sights in the western part of the island. The tour includes the highlights of Retimo, the main tourist attractions of Crete. You will walk around the Venetian town of Rethymno and visit the famous Preveli Monastery, where the Miraculous Cross is kept. The gorge of Curtalio and the canyon of St. Anthony's Gorge captivate with their beauty. Rethymno is a very romantic town, where Venetian buildings coexist with Turkish houses, and next to the Orthodox cathedral is a mosque! The next stop is the Pochos Gorge, which is immersed in greenery. Next, visit the gorge of St. It is one of the most beautiful on the island. The gorge is the most beautiful in Crete, but the first part is accessible even for beginners and children. After an excursion into the gorge, you will relax in the cosy family atmosphere of Drimos Tavern, where you will taste Greek national dishes. Here you will enjoy a delicious lunch and a nice homemade wine. The program then continues with a visit to the Preveli Monastery for Men. Here is kept one of the most important and venerated relics of Crete, the Holy Miraculous Cross. It was presented to the monastery by the head of the Ecumenical Orthodox Church, the Patriarch of Constantinople. It is not necessary to wear special clothes in the monastery, as a cloth to cover the shoulders and a long skirt is provided at the entrance (the ticket to the monastery is 2,5 euros). You will then head to the south coast of Crete. The last stop is a visit to the canyon of Kurtaglioti, which the locals call the "Gorge of the billowing sails". The beauty of the gorge is impossible to describe in words - it is a must see. At the bottom of the gorge, above the waterfall in the rocks, is the church of St.
Nicholas of Kurtaliotsky. Climbing up a bridge, you will find yourself over a wonderful waterfall on the way to the bus. Return to the hotel. Dinner (except for those enrolled on a breakfast only or no board basis). Overnight. Excursion "Santorini cruise" Departure from Heraklion port to the island of Santorini.
Santorini, with visits to Antinio, Iia, Fira and Pyrgos en route. Total duration about 7 hours, with a guide in English or Russian.
Day 8 Breakfast at the hotel. Release of rooms. Free time until transfer to Heraklion airport for flight to Varna.
