About this tour

Enrolment Conditions:

• Deposit of 900 BGN per tourist upon reservation
• Supplement up to 30 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• up to 60 days before the departure date no penalty is due – the amount is refunded by the TOUR OPERATOR
• from 59 to 31 days before the departure date, a penalty is due to the TOUR OPERATOR – the deposit paid;
• 30 days prior to the date of travel, a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the trip is payable to the TOUR OPERATOR;
• Name change up to 10 days before travel without penalty.
• In case of cancellation of the trip by the TO, the amount will be refunded within 14 days from the day of cancellation;
• In the event of inability to travel due to a ban or restrictions as a result of an epidemiological situation related to COVID 19, a full refund will be made within 14 days of the departure date.
• In the event that the USER voluntarily cancels his/her trip, during its duration, all additional costs, including transportation costs, shall be at his/her own expense.

Additionally, for your security, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance at an additional cost.

Terms and conditions for trip cancellation insurance including trip cancellation due to COVID-19:

• Reimbursement of costs incurred in the event of cancellation of a booked trip;
• If the insured person falls ill with COVID-19 or is quarantined due to suspected illness and therefore has to cancel a planned trip, the insurance covers the reimbursement of the trip cancellation costs.
• The illness of a spouse or close relative who is not traveling is also considered cause for trip cancellation, provided the person has a life-threatening condition due to COVID-19 and requires intensive care in a hospital.

What is not covered by insurance?

• Events that are caused intentionally or through gross negligence of the insured;
• Suicide attempt or suicide;
• Events in the insured’s health that have occurred or are expected to occur at the time the insurance is taken out or the journey begins;
• Events that the insured suffers as a result of alcohol, drugs, medication or due to a delay in prescribed therapy;
• Events that are mediately or directly related to riots, warfare, terror of any kind, natural disasters, environmental influences, earthquakes;

Documents required:

• International passport with a minimum validity of 6 months after the date of return.
• For children under 18 travelling with or without one parent, notarization by one or both parents!

Travel for persons with reduced mobility: travel is generally NOT suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
Remarks:

• Travel is without mandatory medical immunization requirements.
• The price of the trip is calculated at the exchange rate of USD 1 = BGN 1.82. In the event of an increase or decrease in the exchange rate within 5%, the agency reserves the right to recalculate the prices quoted at the exchange rate at the time of final payment.
• The replacement of the above-mentioned hotels with similar hotels of the same category is not considered a significant change to the programme.
• To enter Tanzania you need: completed visa application forms (provided by the tour operator)

Special package rates for booking and payment in Bulgaria, valid for min. 6 registered tourists:

• Stone Town + Prison Island – $60 per person (price includes entrance fee to the slave market and government fee for the island)
• The Spice Garden – 30 USD per person
• Safari Blue, Menai Bay – 60 USD per person
• Josani Reserve and Rock Restaurant – 55 USD per person after lunch at 14:00

• North Coast: Baraka Natural Aquarium, Nungwi & Kendowa + sunset send-off, departs after lunch at 2pm. – 35 USD per person
• Rock restaurant – 20 USD per person (transfer only, does not include consumption)

Remarks:

1. The tours are paid for in EUR before departure at the “sell” rate of the oblsuing bank.
2. Tours can be cancelled without penalty up to 36 hours before the start time. From 36 hour – 100% fine.
