About this tour

Conditions:

• A valid international passport is required for travel to the Maldives at least 6 months after the date of return to the country. No visa is required, and no additional vaccines are required.
• Travel is without medical requirements for immunizations.
• The price of the excursion is calculated at the exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.82 BGN;
• Price change is possible in case of: change of transport costs /fuel/, airport, port and other fees; change of more than 3% of the exchange rate in the period between the date of conclusion of the contract and departure; unforeseen price increases by our partners, as well as in other objectively necessary cases.
• There is no minimum number to travel.
• Deposit upon enrolment of 1000 euros.
• A second deposit of €1000 up to 60 days prior to departure.
• Supplement up to 30 days before departure.

Cancellation periods and penalties:

• From the day following the signing of the contract until 60 days before the departure date – none.
• From 59 to 31 days until the departure date, the full deposit of 2000 euros
• In case of cancellation less than 30 days before departure – the full amount of the contract

Cancellations without penalty or refund:

• In case of cancellation of the trip by the TO, the amount will be refunded within 7 days from the day of cancellation;
• In the event of inability to travel due to a ban or restrictions as a result of an epidemiological situation related to COVID 19, a full refund will be made within 14 days of the departure date.

The requirements related to Kovid-19 are subject to reconfirmation as change is possible.
As of 01.06.2022 there are no entry requirements.

Additionally, for your security, cancellation insurance can be taken out for an additional fee.

Travellers have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract at any time prior to the commencement of the tour package, upon payment of the relevant amounts according to the cancellation and penalty terms.

In the event that the USER voluntarily cancels his/her trip, during its duration, all additional costs, including transportation costs, shall be at his/her own expense.
The CLIENT has the right to transfer his/her right to travel to a third party within a period of time according to the specifics of the destination, the issuance of airline tickets on international flights and no later than 7 days before the date of departure on charter flights, being obliged to pay to the TOUR OPERATOR only the amounts due related to any change of names in the hotel.

Travel conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic are variable and final ones will be announced by the tour operator as the departure date approaches.
In the event of a state of emergency or epidemic situation, customers are fully informed that travel conditions may be subject to change and dynamics, taking into account the current situation prior to travel. The tour operator will notify its customers in a timely manner in the event of any change in the conditions of travel.
Travel tests required for Covid-19 are at the customer’s expense. The tour operator offers its clients the opportunity to take the tests in one of the tour operator’s laboratories, taking advantage of a special discount.

Travel for persons with reduced mobility: the journey is suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
