Required documents:
International passport with a minimum validity of 6 months prior to the date of travel!
For children under 18 travelling with or without one parent, a notarized statement from one or both parents is required!

Cancellations without penalties and refunds:
In the event of cancellation by the TO, a full refund will be made within 14 days of the date of departure.
In the event of inability to travel due to a COVID 19-related epidemic ban or restrictions, a full refund will be made within 14 days of the date of departure.
Travellers have the right to cancel the contract unilaterally at any time before the start of the tour package, upon payment of the relevant amounts according to the cancellation and penalty terms.

In the event that the USER voluntarily cancels his/her trip, during its duration, all additional costs, including transportation costs, shall be at his/her own expense.
The CLIENT has the right to transfer his right to travel to a third party in due time according to the specifics of the destination, issuing airline tickets on international flights, being obliged to pay to the TOUR OPERATOR only the amounts due related to any change of names in the hotel.

Travel conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic are variable and final ones will be announced by the tour operator as the departure date approaches.
In the event of a state of emergency or epidemic situation, customers are fully informed that travel conditions may be subject to change and dynamics, taking into account the current situation prior to travel. The tour operator will notify its customers in a timely manner in the event of any change in the conditions of travel.
Travel tests required for Covid-19 are at the customer’s expense. The tour operator offers its clients the opportunity to take the tests in one of the tour operator’s laboratories, taking advantage of a special discount.
