Conditions:
Cruise price is valid for 25 paid.
Notification period if minimum number of tourists is not reached – 20 days prior to departure date.
Airport and port charges may change.
You will be notified up to 20 days prior to the start of the trip.
Flight schedule changes may occur.
International passport or ID required for travel.
Children under 18 traveling with 1 parent must have notarized power of attorney from the other parent.
A photocopy of the power of attorney is also required at the time of travel.

The Agency offers an additional Trip Cancellation Insurance.
Fuel surcharges:
Due to constantly changing fuel prices, airlines and cruise companies may charge a so-called fuel surcharge.
In this case, the tour operator reserves the right to change the price of the trip by the actual value of the fuel surcharge and it will be payable for all bookings on the flight for which it is charged, no matter when they are made. If fuel prices change, a fuel surcharge may apply. This fee must be declared by the tour operator and paid by the consumer no later than 20 days before the departure date.
Reservations:
30% of the tour cost is due upon booking.
Full payment 60 days prior to departure date.
Cruise ship Crucevita
There is a restaurant, a bar, a fireplace area with armchairs, a self-service coffee and tea machine throughout the day, a library, a sauna and a gym, a sun terrace with sun loungers, wireless internet for a fee.
The ship has 3 decks, capacity is 110 guests.
The cabins have an area of 12.30 m2.
All have individual air conditioning, satellite TV, hairdryer, safe, telephone, bathroom and toilet.
The main deck cabins have berths that lift up during the day and convert into comfortable seating.
They have panoramic windows.
The cabins on the middle deck have 2 hotel type beds that can be placed together or separately.
They have large French windows.

Tour prices are valid for a minimum of 20 sign-ups.
Tour prices are valid up to 60 days prior to sailing and subject to availability.
After that changes are possible.

Climate Change:
The tour operator and cruise company will make every effort to complete the entire published programme.
However, there may be changes to the previously announced itinerary which may be due to changes in river water levels, lock operations or weather conditions.
In the event that the master of the ship deems that sailing conditions are unsafe for passengers, he may decide to reroute, remain in or leave port if necessary and check into a hotel ashore.
Such a decision may be taken with a view to ensuring maximum safety for passengers.
This does not imply any refund of sums paid for the voyage.
Customer delay:
The departure times of the ship are precisely defined in the cruise program.
The ship company has no commitment to wait for late passengers.
Excursions:
The proposed additional excursions are requested and confirmed by Bulgaria.
A minimum of 20 people is required for these excursions.
In the event that this number is not reached, the Tour Operator may refuse to carry out the proposed excursions and will refund the amounts paid for them.
In the event that weather conditions require a change in itinerary, this may affect planned shore excursions.
In the event that some of these cannot be completed, the Tour Operator will offer an alternative programme.
The excursions are conducted with Bulgarian language interpretation.
Food:
Lunch and dinner are served on the ship on a set menu.
The customer may choose a main course from the choices offered for the day.
The restaurant does not serve a la carte.
If the client has food allergies or follows a certain diet, it is necessary to inform the Tour Operator when signing the contract.
The cruise company will endeavour to accommodate requirements as far as possible, but does not guarantee that it will be able to fully satisfy them.
Dining hours on board to be fixed.
Outside of these, no food is served on board.
Cell Phones and Television
Cell phones and televisions can lose connection when passing the locks and in certain sections of the river.
Servicing
On cruise ships it is customary to leave an amount for servicing at the end of the programme.
There are many people on board that you don’t see, but they look after your comfort throughout the trip.
On the last day you will receive an envelope in your cabin, please put the desired amount in it and leave it at the reception.
This money is distributed among the whole crew.
Recommended amount – 10 euros per person, per day for the staff and 3 euros for the cruise director
08.12.2024 Düsseldorf Flight Sofia - Munich 06.10 - 07.10 and Munich - Düsseldorf 08.30 - 09.40. From the airport we will be picked up by bus and head to the old town where the local Christmas market is located.
We will have plenty of time to sample the delicious delights, have a glass of warm cinnamon wine and have lunch.
Around 4pm we will check in to our cruise ship.
We sail at 23.00.
09.12.2024 Koblenz We arrive in Koblenz at 13.00 and will be here until 19.00. Koblenz is one of the oldest cities in Germany, founded by the Romans 2000 years ago, and beautifully situated at the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle rivers.
In its long history, it has often been the target of foreign conquerors who have left their mark here.
A walking tour through the old romantic streets will introduce us to some of the oldest churches in Germany, preserved merchant houses, the 17th century town hall.
Koblenz enjoys many Christmas markets located in various places in the old town, which is just a few steps from the river port.
In the evening we sail to Mainz.
10.12.2024 Mainz - Rüdesheim This morning we will be in Mainz from 04.00 to 15.00. Mainz is the only German city listed as a major wine capital.
It is famous for producing sparkling wines which you will be able to taste.
The city is home to the Gutenberg Museum, home to the first printed bible and news press, and the 10th-century St. Martin's Cathedral.
The Christmas market is also located in the centre, where we can sample warm sausages and mulled wine.
After lunch we will enjoy a cruise to Rüdesheim, arriving at 5.00 pm and staying at the pier until the next morning.
The town is located in one of the country's famous wine regions, and the wine tradition here dates back to the Romans.
Use your stay to wander around the centre, which has preserved houses dating back to the Middle Ages, and the main 144-metre-long Drosselgasse street is a magnet for visitors with its many bars and tavernas.
The Siegfried Museum of Mechanical Instruments, which has one of the richest collections in the world, is impressive.
The central square and surrounding streets are lined with stalls offering Christmas toys, mulled wine and fragrant sweets.
The colourful German town welcomes over 3 million visitors each year.
11.12.2024 Cologne Today we are in Cologne from 14.00 to 20.00. You can walk around the city on your own or join a guided tour of the historic centre, where you will find the medieval Town Hall, the remains of the Roman-period Colonia Agripensis, beautiful Romanesque churches, and the famous Cologne Cathedral, built over a period of 600 years.
We will also learn the history of the house where the famous Cologne Water, or O`de Colon, was created.
We will then spend the day at the Christmas market that has taken over the space around the famous cathedral.
At 11.30 pm we will arrive in Düsseldorf.
12.12.2024 Düsseldorf After breakfast we leave our ship and head to the airport for the flight Düsseldorf - Munich 13.25 - 14.35 and Munich - Sofia 15.20 - 18.10.
