In the event of early termination of the contract at the initiative of the TRAVELER, the amount paid by him or on his behalf shall be refunded through the travel agent who concluded the travel package contract with the TRAVELER on behalf and at the expense of the tour operator, when the TRAVELER is unable to start and complete the trip due to any of the following reasons, which was unforeseeable at the time of conclusion of the travel package contract and occurred before the date of departure regardless of the will of the traveler:
1.1.Accident, acute illness or sudden exacerbation of a chronic illness of a TRAVELER under the Package Contract, except for a COVID 19 illness, provided that hospital or home treatment is in progress at the commencement date of the trip and there is a risk of deterioration of his/her health condition from the trip.

Sudden illness or accident of a relative of the TRAVELLER (spouse), relative in the direct line – without organs or in the consanguineous line – up to the second degree incl.), provided that on the starting date of the trip hospital or home treatment is being carried out and the traveller has to take care of the sick person.

Breakfast. Departure to Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. A roadside stop in the country's second largest city, medieval Kaunas, located in central Lithuania at the mouth of the Neris River. Kaunas is not only a city with old traditions, but also a major university and business centre. The old town has concentrated extremely important ancient architectural monuments. The church of St. Francis Xavier, the Jesuit monastery, the Perkunas House - one of the most original Gothic buildings in Lithuania, the church of St. Vytautas and others. Walk along the main pedestrian street of Kaunas, where the main business and entertainment venues are concentrated. Visit the church and monastery of Pazaislis - considered the most impressive example of late Baroque in Eastern Europe. Departure and overnight in Vilnius area.

Afternoon optional excursion to the ancient capital of Lithuania - Trakai. The city's main attraction is the famous Trakai Castle, located on an island in the middle of Lake Galvė. It is the only island castle in Eastern Europe that houses a historical museum depicting the times of Grand Duke Vytautas, when the country's borders stretched from the Baltic to the Black Sea.
