About this tour

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

  • Deposit of 30% payable within 24 hours of booking;
  • Additional payment 21 days before departure;
  • Issue of travel documents 7 days before the flight.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS:

  • Up to 24 hours after booking with no cancellation fee;
  • Up to 30 days before departure 50 BGN/person cancellation fee;
  • Up to 21 days before departure 30% of the cost as cancellation fee;
  • Under 21 days 100% as cancellation fee.

IMPORTANT:

  1. Minimum number of tourists: 25;
  2. Notification period in case of non-collection of the minimum – 21 days;
  3. Bulgarian citizens are required to have a valid identity document and/or a valid foreign passport, valid for at least 6 months after the date of arrival in Bulgaria;
  4. The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the program and flight schedules.

BONUS package MAXIMUM SECURITY

In the event of early termination of the contract at the initiative of the TRAVELER, the amount paid by him or on his behalf shall be refunded through the travel agent who concluded the travel package contract with the TRAVELER on behalf and at the expense of the tour operator, when the TRAVELER is unable to start and complete the trip due to any of the following reasons, which was unforeseeable at the time of conclusion of the travel package contract and occurred before the date of departure regardless of the will of the traveler:

1.1.Accident, acute illness or sudden exacerbation of a chronic illness of a TRAVELER under the Package Contract, except for a COVID 19 illness, provided that hospital or home treatment is in progress at the commencement date of the trip and there is a risk of deterioration of his/her health condition from the trip.

1.2. Sudden illness or accident of a relative of the TRAVELLER (spouse), relative in the direct line – without organs or in the consanguineous line – up to the second degree incl.), provided that on the starting date of the trip hospital or home treatment is being carried out and the traveller has to take care of the sick person.

Itinerary

Meeting at Sofia Airport, Terminal 2. Flight Sofia - Riga with Air Baltic at 15:05. Arrival at Riga airport at 17:35. Transfer and check in at the hotel. Overnight.

The tour will start from the central boulevards of the city and the neighborhood with Art Nouveau buildings from the early 20th century, past the Opera House and the Old Town - a real walk through time, the Romanesque Cathedral - the largest in the Baltics, St. Peter's Church at the top with a golden weathercock, the Three Brothers - three of the oldest houses in Riga built side by side, the buildings of the Great and Little Guild - the Great Guild house was once the centre of Riga's commercial life, created by the wealthier merchants to distinguish themselves from the craftsmen and shopkeepers who in turn created the Small Guild, an asymmetrical building topped with a dome on one side and a pointed top on the other, the Swedish Gate, Riga's old castle, which began life as the headquarters of the Livonian Order and today serves as the residence of the Latvian president, and many restored historic buildings housing cosy cafés, restaurants and souvenir shops. Departure to Riga. Overnight.

Breakfast. Departure to Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. A roadside stop in the country's second largest city, medieval Kaunas, located in central Lithuania at the mouth of the Neris River. Kaunas is not only a city with old traditions, but also a major university and business centre. The old town has concentrated extremely important ancient architectural monuments. The church of St. Francis Xavier, the Jesuit monastery, the Perkunas House - one of the most original Gothic buildings in Lithuania, the church of St. Vytautas and others. Walk along the main pedestrian street of Kaunas, where the main business and entertainment venues are concentrated. Visit the church and monastery of Pazaislis - considered the most impressive example of late Baroque in Eastern Europe. Departure and overnight in Vilnius area.

Breakfast. A tour of Vilnius - the "Baroque heart of the Baltics", the largest architectural complex of Eastern Europe, listed by UNESCO. We will pass by the Cathedral Square, a favourite meeting place of the city's inhabitants, the monument of Gediminas, the unique Gothic Cathedral of St. Anna", the Jewish quarter, the oldest Christian church in the country - the Orthodox "Pyatnitskaya Church", where Peter I baptized Pushkin's great-grandfather. You will cross the square in front of the town hall and reach the fortress wall and the "Gates of Dawn", where the miraculous icon of St. You will see the Church of the Dawn.

Afternoon optional excursion to the ancient capital of Lithuania - Trakai. The city's main attraction is the famous Trakai Castle, located on an island in the middle of Lake Galvė. It is the only island castle in Eastern Europe that houses a historical museum depicting the times of Grand Duke Vytautas, when the country's borders stretched from the Baltic to the Black Sea.
