Payment methods:

• Deposit – 50% of the reservation amount after confirmation of the reservation;
• Additional payment – 100% of the reservation until 15.08.2024;

In case of early booking or other promotional rates, the special conditions (if any) of the specific offer apply;

Documents required: valid ID card or valid passport.

Children up to 18 years of age may travel with a notarized travel declaration from parents.

Children up to 1.99 years of age do NOT have a seat on the plane when flying.

Cancellation Policy:

• In case of cancellation up to 61 days before the date of departure, no penalty is payable to the TOUR OPERATOR, except in cases where air tickets have been issued, the amount of the tickets is non-refundable;
• In case of cancellation from 60 to 45 days before the date of the trip, a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the trip is due to the TOUR OPERATOR;
• In case of cancellation from 44 to 31 days prior to the date of the trip, a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the trip is due to the TOUR OPERATOR;
• In case of cancellation from 30 to 21 days before the date of the trip, a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the trip is due to the TOUR OPERATOR;
• In case of less than 20 days before the departure date or “NO SHOW” (no-show) the CLIENT shall pay 100% penalty to the TOUR OPERATOR of the total price of the trip;
