Payment terms:
1. A deposit of 10% of the package price is required at the time of booking;
2. Payment of up to 100% of the contract must be made within 30 days prior to the departure date;
3. Reservation is made only after payment of the required deposit;
4. For reservations made 30 days or less prior to the departure date, the full amount due is payable.

Cancellation conditions:
1. The USER has the right to terminate the contract/cancel his/her trip at any time prior to the commencement of the tour package by paying a penalty in the following amounts:
1.1.
Contract cancellation fee.
The latter is 25.00 EUR per person /48.90 BGN per person/ and is payable by the USER if the USER terminates the contract/cancels the trip on his/her own initiative up to 90 days before the departure date.
If the CUSTOMER cancels his/her trip and re-subscribes for a new date, he/she shall also pay to the TOUR OPERATOR the cancellation fee of 25.00 EUR per person /48.90 BGN/ and the corresponding penalty according to the cancellation terms.
1.2.
If the CUSTOMER cancels the contract/cancels his/her trip:
– from 89 to 50 days before the departure date, the penalty is the amount of the required deposit, but not less than 10% of the total package price;
– from 49 to 30 days before the departure date, the penalty is the amount of the required deposit, but not less than 30% of the total price of the package;
– from 29 to 15 days before the departure date, the penalty is 70% of the total price of the package;
– from 14 days and less before the departure date, the penalty is 100% of the total price of the package.
1.3.
Ако ПОТРЕБИТЕЛЯТ прекрати договора/анулира пътуването си поради болест или други лични причини, свързани със самия него, той губи платените на ТУРОПЕРАТОРА суми в съответствие със сроковете на анулация и в посочените размери, респективно дължи заплащане на тези суми, в случай, че не ги е платил.

TES Tours is obliged to provide Preliminary Passenger Data (PNL) to the State Agency for National Security, in accordance with the adopted law on the receipt and processing of booking data (SG 56/2018), the European Directive (EU) 2016/681 on the use of Passenger Name Record data for the prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution of terrorist offences and serious crime, and the official letter of the State Agency for National Security.
In this respect, each traveller is required to provide the following data (here):
– first and last name;
– date of birth;
– nationality;
– number of the travel document and its expiry date.

The personal data collected is strictly confidential and will only be used for official purposes.

**NOTE: The air ticket prices in these offers are calculated at the following fuel prices: Sofia: USD 900 per ton; Antalya: USD 900 per ton. Due to constantly changing fuel prices and the USD/EUR exchange rate, airlines may charge a so-called fuel surcharge.
In this case, the price of the trip will change with the actual value of the fuel surcharge and it will be payable for all bookings on the flight for which it is charged, no matter when they are made.

If there is such a change, information will be published 20 days before the date of the flight in question, customers for that flight must be notified and they will be able to pay this fuel surcharge up to 10 days before travel at the agency where they are booked (for bookings less than 20 days before the flight in question, the fuel surcharge announced for that flight, if any, will also apply).

Attention! Some of the hotels in Turkey do not accept SGL, DBL and DBL+EXB accommodation when the tourists are only men or men with children.
Check the description of the selected hotel to see if this condition applies to the specific hotel.

IMPORTANT:
– Due to the dynamics of pricing, please note that standard and early booking prices may be cancelled or changed prior to the stated offer period.
For this reason, we recommend booking as soon as possible after the offer has been provided and the hotel selected.

– Prices are valid for Bulgarian citizens.
Prices for foreign nationals and prices for infants up to 2 years old are available upon request for specific travel date, hotel and accommodation type.

– Minimum number of participants for the trip: 100.
Notification period for not having the minimum number of participants: 7 days before the departure date for trips lasting from 2 to 6 days.

– The medical insurance is taken out with “EUROINS INSURANCE COMPANY” AD.
In case of an insured event during the trip, the USER must immediately contact the assistance company of “EUROINS INSURANCE COMPANY” AD, on the duty telephone number indicated in the policy!

– Notification of the assistance company and reconciliation of the costs incurred is compulsory under the ‘General Conditions’ of insurance.
Otherwise, the insurer has the right to refuse to cover the costs of any treatment.

– As of 27.07.2022, Bulgarian citizens may enter the Republic of Turkey only with

a valid identity card (without the need to present an international passport) when travelling for transit or tourism purposes with a stay of up to 90 days within 180 days from the date of their first entry, through all border crossing points open to international passenger traffic.

– Citizens of the Republic of Bulgaria holding international passports valid for at least 60 days after the date of departure from Turkey may enter, stay, transit and leave the territory of the Republic of Turkey without visas for a period of up to 90 (ninety) days within 6 (six) months from the date of their first entry, through

all border crossing points.

– ATTENTION!
For holders of an ID card with no expiry date, it must have an issue date up to 10 years back from the date of departure.
In case it is older, your trip can only be made with a passport!
