In the event of early termination of the contract at the initiative of the TRAVELER, the amount paid by him or on his behalf shall be refunded through the travel agent who concluded the travel package contract with the TRAVELER on behalf and at the expense of the tour operator, when the TRAVELER is unable to start and complete the trip due to any of the following reasons, which was unforeseeable at the time of conclusion of the travel package contract and occurred before the date of departure regardless of the will of the traveler:
1.1.Accident, acute illness (an illness which occurs suddenly and unpredictably, poses a danger to the life or health of the traveller and requires urgent medical intervention) or sudden exacerbation of a chronic illness of a TRAVELLER under the package contract, excluding a COVID 19 illness, provided that hospital or home treatment is in progress at the commencement date of the trip and there is a risk of the traveller’s health deteriorating from the trip.

Bulgarian citizens travelling to Morocco are required to hold an international passport valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry into the country. For children under 18 who are not travelling with both parents – notarised declaration from both parents (original and photocopy);
There are no special medical and health requirements related to the trip
The tour operator is not responsible and does not refund tourists who are denied access to Morocco due to: a ban on leaving the country, invalid /lost / documents or other reasons beyond the control of the tour operator;
The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the programme sequence and flight schedule;
The total price of the package does not include fees, charges and other additional costs that cannot be reasonably estimated before the conclusion of the contract and may have to be paid by the traveller, such as tourist taxes, city taxes, landing fees or fees for taking to or disembarking from ports and airports, the cost of entrance tickets to tourist sites, museums, ships, ferries, the use of public transport to certain cities, drinks consumed on buses or planes, etc.
